Find the perfect Lash for your eye

LET’S FIND YOUR SHAPE

Your eye shape is very important when it comes to applying makeup and lashes. Why is that ?  Because It helps you to determine which type of lashes will look best to really accentuate your natural features. You should know that there is a lash for everyone but  that doesn’t always mean that every lash is suitable for every eye shape. Our eye size guide will help you to determine which lash suits you best.

There are six common eye shapes to consider when determining what your eye shape is:

monolid , prominent, almond, downturned, hooded, and deepset.

Read our descriptions below to see what best resembles your eyes.

Upturned

Upturned eyes have outer corners that turn upward and are higher than the inner corner.

Downturned

Downturned eyes tend to point down in the outer corners of the eye. They typically have a more rounded shape on the bottom lid.

Monolid

Monolid eyes have no crease. The eye doesn’t sit as far back as other eyeshapes so the brow is less prominent.

Hooded

Hooded eyes tend to have a heavier lid. The heavier lid tends to give an illusion of a smaller crease.

Round

If you can see the whites of your eyes all the way around, you probably have a round shape.

Almond

Almond eyes typically have an oval shape pointed in one or both corners. There is a visible crease on the eyelid and the iris touches both the top and bottom of your eyelid.

Almond eyes

Considered the most ideal eye shape because a lot of styles look good on you! If you have almond eyes , you have an oval shape with a slightly upturned outer corner. That means basically that every lash style will be flattering and your choice of style will be decided by what you feel the most confident wearing!

Hooded eyes

Hooded eyes feature a heavy brow bone with a deep-set crease.

When hooded eyes are open, the eyelid isn’t generally visible and retracts into the crease

If you have hooded eyes keep in mind that it’s important to pick a lash that has a dense base so that it can cover up in comparison with a lighter base.

Monolid eyes

If you have monolid eyes your eyes tend to have little to no crease. You should go for dramatic lashes to give the eyes dimension.

Round eyes

If you can see the whites of your eyes all the way around, you probably have a round shape
Round eyes are usually large, prominent and look more circular. The inner and outer corners of round eyes are rounded and not pulled inward or outward.

Downturned eyes

Downturned eyes are characterised with lower outer corners than inner corners. Also known as a “descending eyelid,” Create the illusion of a lifted eye by wearing round shape lashes. In that way you lift the tail of the eyebrow , for an lifted appearance.

Upturned eyes

Also know as cat eyes and the opposite of downturned eyes.

Upturned eyes have outer corners that turn upward and are higher than the inner corner.

Accentuate them with lashes that have a cat eye look , giving the eye an exotic appearance.
